Project Summary: The aim of this project is to fabricate nanocapsules comprising a stimuli-responsive polymer shell and a lipid core for hosting highly lipophilic drugs including paclitaxel that is an effective anticancer medication. The core/shell ingredients will be optimized and in vitro release of paclitaxel will be performed under distinct trigger conditions.
