In this work, we present a systematic optimization of albumin-based nanocarriers produced by polyadditon reactions in the inverse miniemulsion technique using full factorial design, highlighting how emulsifier and crosslinker amounts and the use of co-emulsifier affect particle size, stability, and structural integrity.
